SproutedByNature™ wholegrain rice flour is made from germinated brown rice seed that offers higher solubility, a smoother, more pleasant mouthfeel without powderiness, and boosted nutrient levels, including GABA. SproutedByNature™ acts as a 1:1 replacement for maltodextrin, sugar and corn syrups, making it an effective binding and bulking ingredient for partial sugar replacement. It’s low in sugar and not sweet on its own, and its mild cereal flavor complements natural sweeteners perfectly.
